After a sudden, but brief illness on September 13th, 2019, Teresa “Terri” Moore Adams went to her final beach house in the sky at the age of 64. Terri loved her walks on the beach, reading, her two dogs, and her three grandchildren. She was a nurse, and lived her life making sure the lives of others were better. She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Carroll Moore. She is survived by her mother, Shirley Wyatt Moore; sister, Sharon Moore Browning and husband Brian; brother, Earl Wyatt Moore and wife Sarah; two sons, Robert Ian Adams and wife Lauren, and David Wallace Adams and wife Katie; three grandchildren, Liam, Charlotte, and Evelyn; long-time friend Jimmy, and fur babies, Radar and Forrest. A memorial service for Terri will be held on Saturday, September 21st at 3pm at Townes Memorial Chapel at 215 W. Main Street Danville, VA. The family will receive friends at 2pm in the chapel prior to the service. Terri was always a big supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and donations can be made to St Jude’s in lieu of flowers.
