Ryan Stuart Thomas, 41, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 8, 2022 at his home. He was born to Pamela G. Thomas January 26, 1981. He was predeceased by his brother, Greg Tucker, his very special angel Karen Ferrell, his grandmother “BoBo” Beulah Gregory, Pop Gregory and Aunt Karen Chumley. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Pamela G. Thomas, his sister-in-law Karen M. Tucker and her family. Barry Ferrell, whom has been a father to Ryan. Also like a sister to Ryan, Laytoya Scarlett and nephew Quincy. Ryan has two aunts Gay White and Jackie Everett, adopted aunts and uncles with his extended Ferrell family. He also was blessed with his adopted grandmother Lena Ferrell. Ryan had many cousins that were very special to him. Ryan had many interest and hobbies. He loved to collect bird houses, go bowling, wrestling, amusement parks, and loved animals. Ryan volunteered at the Humane Society. Ryan could beat anyone at the game of “Uno”. He loved bike riding which his brother taught him at an early age. Later Barry bought him a three wheeler bike and he continued to ride. Ryan was in the Special Olympics and went to Stonewall and other camps. Ryan graduated high school. He loved to travel, especially to the beach and Florida. Ryan attended Faith Memorial Baptist Church where he loved to go sing. If you saw him he always said “meet me in Mickey Mouse Florida”, now he is saying “meet me in Heaven”. Thanks everyone who touched Ryan’s life. A graveside service will be held Monday April 11, 2022 2:00pm at Highland Burial Park with Pastor Austin Merricks officiating.
