Lemuel Nash

Lemuel Macon Nash, 71, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in Kindred Hospital, Greensboro, NC.      He was born in Danville, VA on January 26, 1948, a son of the late Lemuel Ault Nash and Arletta Marie Macon Nash.      He was retired from the United States Navy with 20 years of service.      Survivors include two cousins, Garnet Collins, Jr. and his wife, Wanda of Axton, VA and Brenda Collins Bell and her husband, David of the Florida Keys.      Graveside services with Full Military Honors by the United States Navy will be held Friday, September 13, 2019 at 1 pm at the National Cemetery on Lee Street in Danville with Pastor James Curran officiating.
