Demetrio Lopez

Mr. Demetrio Lopez of 306 Church Street died suddenly on Friday, February 16, 2018 at his residence.                Mr. Lopez was born on December 22, 1953 in Mayaguez Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Rogelio Lopez and Hilda Oramas Lopez.                He worked for the City of Danville in the Public Works Division.                Mr. Lopez is survived by his wife of the home, Brenda Joyce Lindsay Lopez, a son, Robert Lopez and grandson, Jeremiah Lopez, adopted son, Robert Yancey and his children, Elizabeth and Emily Yancey, adopted daughter, Jamie Antonecchia and her two sons.  Also surviving are his siblings, Jesus, Gil, Iris and Carlos Lopez.                Townes Funeral Home and Crematory, 215 West Main Street is serving the Lopez family.
